Are prices in AUD?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added on tax invoices for Australian customers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. The trial gives full access to the Starter tier so you can create a real project and see the AI evaluate the 197-task lifecycle against your site context before paying.
What is an 'active project'?
A project that has at least one task in NEEDED status that hasn't yet been completed or archived. Projects you've finished or paused don't count against the cap.
Can we exceed the user count temporarily?
Yes — billing rolls forward automatically and we'll email before any tier change. We don't lock anyone out mid-cycle. Talk to us before you onboard 50 users though, so we can scope the right tier from the start.
What kind of supplier outreach is included?
Professional includes auto-discovery (by trade + geographic radius) and RFQ dispatch via the supplier portal + email. Suppliers do not need a F2K Checkpoint account to receive and respond. Quote chase-up and 3-day deadline follow-up is automatic.
How does the Mastra agent procurement actually work?
When a NEEDED task with RFQ requirements is created, the Mastra procurement agent searches for matching suppliers, generates the RFQ payload from your project context, and queues outreach via Inngest. You approve the supplier shortlist before any contract is signed — the AI assists, never auto-commits.
Where's the data hosted?
Supabase Sydney region for all customer data. Document analysis runs through Anthropic and OpenAI APIs under terms that exclude training on customer data. We do not log site addresses, council names, project specs, or supplier financials outside the project's tenant boundary.
What about regulated audit trails?
Every task transition, RFQ dispatch, supplier response, quote comparison, and approval is written to the audit log with actor + timestamp + tenant_id. Enterprise gets structured export to CSV / Parquet for council, insurer, or auditor review.
